Project | LLFR Autism Initiative

The Autism initiative was near and dear to my heart. In year two of our push to make theme parks friendly for all of our guests, we decided to make a video that would be a great way to create buzz before Autism awareness month. I enjoyed gathering interviews form my coworkers and I am proud of this project.

Project | Scala Social Media Analysis

For this project, I had a short amount of time to accomplish this. I really enjoyed the opportunity to take a look at how effective these social networks were for promoting a business. Social media has grown into more than a fun way to keep of with friends and families, it is a way for businesses to stay connected with their audience and to also analyze trends.

This presentation served as a recap for LEGOLAND Florida Resort's first year to make our park friendly for all guests. The push was hugely popular and garnered national hits. The theme park partnered with a national charity and we were able to give our guests a memorable experience.

I created this project early in my time at iCIMS. We were rebranding our EVP, and I was tasked with researching how customers and candidates viewed our brand. It really helped to better understand how we could better position ourselves as a progressive employer brand.

While working at LEGOLAND Florida Resort I had the opportunity of creating the marketing campaigns for a variety of events. LEGOLAND Knight Lights was one of my favorite events, the event didn't really have an identity and I had the opportunity to run with my ideas.

As part of a strategic focus area work project team, we created a playbook to help Business Partners, Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Partners a playbook to help initiate those conversations. A guiding manual to embedding DE&I strategies in finding people and building the future of our organization.
